So much for running in "Stealth Mode".

I'd call that advertising!

Is the shelf on the back to stack the beer cans/bottles while your working under the B? STEVE
Stephen Foldhazy

Poor little B, just put it in the car crusher and put it out of it's misery
Michael Hartwig

Seriously. Ambitious car, but that wing gives one the dry heaves. British rice?
Dean Thompson

Plug in that URL again without the "Wing.jpg" and view those images listed, then go to the parent directory and see those. Maybe the wing was a joke, but the engine isn't. It even has a powered tilt front end.

Bingo! You got it Wayne.
The wing is no joke. It's tied to the rear axle housing with a flex cable so that when the body lifts the wing tilts down and pushes the car back down. And it's a true inverted airfoil, and is up in the airstream where it'll do some good.

And yes, it is quite handy as a place to set the Bud. That's the closest this car ever gets to rice btw, the wing is all American. ('70 Olds Cutlass Rally 350)

The whole thing is impressive... imagine the hours of dedicated work so far in the beast.

Take a second look !

Thanks Dave. I figured you would appreciate what I've done. btw, Michael, as I've said before had it not been for the radical mods this car would have been scrapped out long ago. So it costs you 'purists' nothing but a look. Of course for Dean that might be too much. Sorry Dean, no sympathy here if your stomach is that weak. Hope to have it painted within a few months. Jeff & John, thanks for the compliments. I do have a lot of pride in my work. It'll be at the British V8 meet in August. On that note, there will be a writeup on the car in an upcoming issue of the British V8 Newsletter. Most of the article deals with the engine. So shoot Dan Masters an email and get your subscription on the way.

I'd gladly give the cost of a subscription just to read that one article.

Have a look at the pictures on this link. I know it's not MG, but (and I'm not taking the p*ss) somebody has put alot of time and effort into this car, and it's obviously their pride and joy.
I think it's amazing!

Regards... Phil.

I knew straight away what it was- it's a "mule', a disguised prototype car that one of the leading car manufacturing companies is using to test drive a new model platform in real driving conditions. We see them all the time here in Canada- Jaguar particularly likes to test their cars in our harsh Northern climate.
This might even be a new MG cocooning concept coupe- if it is, they've done a bang up job of disguising it but you can't fool an expert like me...I think I know what they're up to. That red knob under the satellite t.v. monitor is most likely some kind of cappucino dispensing device, the base model will probably up-sold and be badged as the "Starbuck SE Coupe".
That's a serious driving compartment there alright,I think I like it- reminds me of the "storm-chaser" van with the doppler radar on top.
