MG MGB GT V8 Factory Originals Technical - Goodbye to 4.3L V6
Hello all I have decided to cross over into the "twilight side" not to be confused with the SBF "dark side". The 4.3L V6 has been removed from my Sebring gt and a 3.9 Rover V8 will be going in this week. Any one intersted in the engine, headers, transmission, or modified sebring bonnet, just drop me a line off site. Cheers Mike Maloney |

Wow!, drive the Rover for a while and we'll see you in Cleveland, there maybe a SBF in your future yet? Safety Faster! |

mike, you must have gotten a good deal on the trailer to go with that rover v8??? or did you just need to "downsize HP" to keep the wife feeling safe??? just a little tongue in cheek humor before anyone gets their undies bunched. LOL don't you have that other sebring rdstr you could drop the motor into? can't remember if you still have it? |

Jim, do you mean the trailer I live in or the one one I use to take those minnesota mgbs and mini's to the scrap heap?? :-) :-) Actually I'm jsut following up on someones advice from five years ago, I think you know who that person is... |

"minnesota mgbs and mini's to the scrap heap?? :-)" amen to that. yes i believe i may know whom we are speaking. you really should consult me before modifiying my sebring gt though?? this is not the time of year to be making changes, got to get out and drive them while the weather is nice. jim |
