MG MGB GT V8 Factory Originals Technical - May 2003 Newsletter now online
Greetings! The May-August issue of the British V8 Newsletter is now online at: http://www.britishv8.org/may2003.pdf My apologies for being so late with it, but I think you all know why. I'm not yet 100% recovered, but I'm getting close. The September-December issue should be out on time. As a consolation, this issue has 20 pages instead of the normal 16. This is a BIG file - 13.8MB! so it will take a while to download if you are using a modem (as I am). The hard copies will be in the mail Monday morning. Regards, Dan |

Dan Nice job on the newsletter. When I was attempting to download the back issues, most are the same, September 2001. Looking forward to reading the others. Rich |

Richard, Sorry 'bout that. That's what I get for "cut and paste" I will correct it right now, should have the corrected page up in a few minutes. Thanks |

I concur...a fantastic newsletter.... Now then....for those of you who have not taken the opportunity to offset the expense of the neswletter, as well as make the V8 meets more enjoyable (and less expensive)...now is the time to send your contribution to: Dan Masters P.O.Box 6430 Maryville, TN 37802-6430 Dan will appreciate any amount sent in to help offset his costs... Help! I cannot get the link to work. |
Jim Stuart |
Jim, Not to worry, my hard copy arrived today. Your's should be in your mailbox very soon. :) |
Carl |
I don't receive hard copy, so if I can't find a link that works..... All I get is a little icon in the upper left corner. What's with that? Is anyone able to make a connection? Thanks for any help. Don't seem to be able to contact Dan directly. |
Jim Stuart |
The link worked for me. Great newsletter! I know that many appreciate the time and effort that Dan puts into this. It is a great deal of work and I know that he has costs to do this. I agree with Rick Ingram - let's all send him a bit of cash. |

Thanks for the compliments, guys! Jim, I've been out of town for a few days. If you still have trouble downloading the file, let me know and I'll get a hard copy in the mail to you. |

Nice job Dan. It sure motivated me to get my car done. Fitted my engine/trans today :) Morgan |

Finally made a connection & printed the newsletter. In case someone else is having a problem, I finally deleted Adobe 5.? removing it completely from the computer, then downloaded Adobe 6.0. Problem solved. Dan, thanks for another great newsletter. I'll put in my vote for another V8 convention in Tenn. as long as you are running it. Really had a great time. |

Thanks for doing this, Dan. I am still in the dreaming stage, accumulating information for a GTV8 that I will do frame-up on instead of buying a new car. She will get the new car. V8 would be a hell of a lot more fun. Big enough engein for A/C, etc. and great cruising car. Great info source. |
