Kevin,

Mine is still in box, but I would have thought it worthwhile to set it up on rollers. If able to get to Woking I can give you a contact.

There's a lot of good tuning info there.

Hi, I have a webber carb on a 3.9 ltr V8. The carb i bought new but at the time was going to run 3.5. Ordered the new jets for a 3.9, but after talking to the rolling road techie said often the 3.5 jets would be OK, on the rollers the jets for the 3.5 were fueling the engine fine. Fitted stage one heads and a RoverCraft mild road cam, mallory dual point dizzy, lightened and balanced. Motor producing 226 brake at the wheels @ 5000rpm.

Ian what jets and needles are you using? and which rolling road did you use.Was intending to use Sanspeed at Bexleyheath who have a good reputation and are not too pricey. If you are in Kent we can't be that far away from each other

Hi,

Not sure what size jets are, bought it from RPI in Norfolk who sent it jeeted for a 3.5ltr. I used BD Engineering at Newington (between Rainham / sittingbourne). They are a Webber main agent and so the guy has quite a good knowledge of the carbs.
