It probably has a chrome-plated umbrella which clips over the trumpets to keep the rain out. |

Looks sweet...but I hope that's a fibreglass C bonnet. rick |

Doesn't rain in SoCal |

Sweet! |

Isn't that just the dog's thingy. Very nice. Park it anywhere and have all sorts of unknown substances poured down the trumpets. I wonder if it starts with Coca-Cola inside the plenum? Mike |

Looks like the car built for the German TV show that was linked about a month ago. Nice job, but I wouldn't want the intake. |
Bill Young |
It's in MG Enthusiast this month...built in 6 weeks for the Essen motor show, but Mike's right...you would have to put a cover over the trumpets if you parked it in the street here. Mike |

Those are Huffaker fender flares. Lives in SF sold them those flares. Got the same on my GT. Nice intake. But... they are dirt collectors. Ferrari had a similar intake with plexiglass scoop 275 short heel GT's and some GTO's. |

The car was recently on ebay, and came with a second bonnet which must cover the intakes. Dave |

Are they functional ? |
RMW |
Functional? Yep, they are sitting on Weber 45s. More pics: http://cgi.ebay.de/MG-B-GT-V8-SEBRING_W0QQitemZ4596811985QQcateg |
